Terms and Conditions:

Quote: Based on the information provided above, we will generate a bespoke Wedding quote tailored to your requests and return this via email. Travel time required if we are attending the venue of your choice will be included in your quote. A requested date for your wedding appointment cannot be reserved until a deposit payment has been made. Additional charges will occur in the event of multiple stylists attending your wedding party, this will also be included in your quote.

Payment: Once you are happy to go ahead and have confirmed the details of your quote, a 50% deposit will be required of the overall agreed wedding fee, this will enable us to secure your Wedding booking, date requested & Stylists. The second payment will be the remaining 50% of your balance which will be payable 14 days before your wedding date. Payments can be made via bank transfer, in salon or over the phone. Bookings made less than one calendar month of your wedding date are payable in full.

Failure to make payments within the agreed time frame, may result in the cancellation of the booking.

Cancellation: The 50% deposit is non-refundable if you cancel your wedding booking within 14 days of the actual date. All changes to a Bridal booking, need to be made via email or phone by the Bride only. Payments of work that has already been carried out is non-refundable.

Trials: Trials are required for the bride (unless under special circumstances) but optional for the bridal party. In the unfortunate event that you, or any of your bridal party, decide after your trial that you are not satisfied, please email within 24 hours so that any issue can be resolved.

Special Requirements: Any hair pieces or accessories are to be provided by yourself.

Products/Allergies: You must inform us of any allergies/sensitivities/skin condition before any service is carried out.
